Writers Block

So I blame me having not much to share with you today on the joyful phrase called WRITERS BLOCK. I am now posting blog number 16, and today just wasn't eventful enough to inspire me. I'm currently fighting a massive cold that is taking a lot out of me. I might have taken to much cold medicine on accident this morning. I believe this for quite a few reasons.
1. I needed gas. So i get moms debit card, drive to the gas station, and realize that I did not grab her debit card, I grabbed her Blockbuster card. Oh heavens.
2. I was quite loopy all day, and tended to talk, A LOT. I am sorry all my dear friends. I shall try to be better tomorrow.
3. I came home from school, and slept FOR THREE HOURS. That is so not common for me to sleep that long. Lets all pray I can sleep tonight.

So there are some things you can sit back and giggle about. It's OK, I do not mind being laughed at today.

102 Days.

Well Folks, it's been exactly 102 days since my car left home and headed out west. Each day that I'm away from home I discover more about myself, my relationships, and my Heavenly Father. It's hard to place a time or a date to your life changing especially when it happens over a period of time and through many hard lessons. Now more than ever I realize the importance of relying on my Heavenly Father in all times, in all things, and in all places. I have such a testimony of the love my Savior gives me. He is my constant companion and he is my everything. At times things can get dark and things can get lonely. During these moments of trial we too often forget our divine worth. We were all sent here with a unique and special plan. We were destined for greatness and we were destined to allow ourselves to achieve that divine potential. What I want my future kids to know when they are in their early 20's.

If you've been reading my blog since the beginning you'll already know that I blog for my future posterity. If you haven't been reading since the beginning you now know that is why I blog. I've been doing a lot of soul-searching lately and I decided there are some things I really want my kids to know about my life during the early 20's. People say High School is the hardest time of your life. Those people are idiots because the hardest years of my life have been the early 20's. Here are the few things I know for certain and things I really take to heart about this time in my life. 1. Finish college. Knowing I now have a diploma and a bachelors degree brings comfort and security. I can't control many things in my life but getting my degree and being done is something I can and did control.
