Well, it's me again.
What a weekend I had.
Let's start with Thursday.
Thursday I was invited to go to dinner up in Park City by a dear family I know from back home. They are the sweetest people. We ate at Chimayo and it was super Yummy. Here is a picture of me with Faith and Andrew.
Sunday was Easter. I went to church and then to my grandmas that evening for dinner with everyone. I love Easter. It's my favorite holiday. It's the one day where a more-than-average-amount of people celebrate Jesus Christ. What an amazing day. I am so grateful that He is Risen and that I live today because of him and his atonement.

Friday was pretty normal. I babysat Lexi in the morning and then got my hair done after. I did the blonde ombre. I was shocked at first but now I love it.
Saturday is where things get good. Here was my plan for the day. Wake up, go to the testing center and take my math test, go babysit the Wakley girls, come home, do homework. Pretty basic, right? Life had a different plan. This might be too much info, but once a month I get awful cramps (please put two and two together on this one). It just so happened that Saturday morning mother nature decided to visit and give me the worst cramps I have EVER had. They were to the point where I felt like I was going to faint because of all the pain. I decided to try and hike up to campus anyways. I made it about a block and had to sit on the pavement to keep myself from fainting. After much thought (sitting on the pavement) I decided there was no way I could physically make it up to campus. I turned around and barely made it in my apartment before falling on the floor. Exciting, huh? I was hurting so bad I took a bath in the tub (NEVER have I EVER done that because it is so nasty, that's how desperate I was). So while in the bathtub I text my neighbor, Rachel. I told her to find me some boys who could give me a blessing. After I got dressed I had them come over and they gave me the most wonderful priesthood blessing. I instantly felt calmer and could feel my pain slowly going away. I said a prayer of thanks to Heavenly Father for allowing me to feel better. I was so grateful for those boys who early on a Saturday were kind enough to come to my aid. So next on my list was babysitting. I drive all the way there in my sweat pants, hair up, and flip flops expecting to dye easter eggs with the girls. I get there, open the door and hear, "SURPRISE!" My amazing aunts and cousins had thrown me a surprise birthday party. I felt so loved, and so grateful that I was feeling better! We had yummy food and I got to spend quality time with the girls in my family. How lucky/grateful/thankful/loved am I!
I missed being home. Here is a picture of my parents after church Sunday.
Overall I had a good weekend. I am so lucky and I am so blessed.
